Dr Bier was an excellent doctor. She asked for a complete history of all my health issues and family history, collecting details on all the background about my thyroid condition. She asked detailed questions in order to ensure she had all the required information needed to address my concerns, and provided a detailed explanation of how the endocrine system works and how various tests provide diagnostic information about my condition. She spent 20-30 mins with me and scheduled followup tests immediately, including the next scheduled visit in order to address my concerns on a timely basis. Dr Bier is an excellent listener and even suggested that I follow up with another doctor to address another past medical issue that she felt was not fully addressed by previous doctors. I feel extremely confident that I chose the right doctor to help me. In addition, the office staff was very professional and I was escorted into the doctors office even before I finished filling out my paperwork
