Dr. Schwartz is very thorough and very responsive. I called and left a message for him to call me about having to change my PA due to mine getting engaged and leaving. I didn’t know who to choose instead. After talking to the receptionist a bit more I made my decision and told her to tell doctor Schwartz he didn’t need to call me back after all. Well, even knowing that, he called me at home to explain why I’d be very satisfied with whom I had chosen. That solidified my already very positive opinion of him. He didn’t make me feel at all rushed on the phone and discussed more with me as well, especially the small adjustments they are making in my medication due to purposeful weight loss. He’s very easy to talk to and a good listener, I’ve only been a patient for going on 6 months but have had several visits and absolutely no complaints. You won’t wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The practice is run very efficiently and the front desk staff is always helpful and pleasant. The women who take blood are really adept and make it totally painless too.
