She is patient, listens carefully, and never makes me feel rushed. Most importantly, she takes the time to clearly explain her recommendations and the reasoning behind her chosen course of care.

Joanna and Katherine , under the leadership of office manager Anna, have been consistently pleasant, kind, responsive, and professional. They follow through on requests, communicate with the physician as promised, and make every effort to be helpful and accommodating.
Unfortunately, this level of attentiveness and follow-through has not been my experience with many other medical offices. The staff here is truly the exception and while this kind of care and professionalism should not be unusual, it is incredibly refreshing and it makes a meaningful difference in the overall patient experience.
