Recently had blood work done for ongoing monitoring of my medical condition. I arrived on time and was taken in to have the blood drawn within 2 minutes. The technician was polite and attentive. Most importantly, no pain. The needle was in before I knew it. The blood was drawn and the entire procedure done in less than 5 minutes. I am never surprised or disappointed. Very professional and caring.
